Registration

Registration is now closed.  No refunds are possible at this time.

The Registration Fee covers:

1. Room for 3 nights
2. Breakfast lunch and dinners: including Gala Welcoming Reception and Clam bake
3. Coffee breaks
4. Abstract book
5. Attendance at all conference events
6. The use of the Endicott College Campus facilities.  

Reduced registration fee: There is a reduced fee for students (including post-docs), participants from countries eligible for the reduced fee, and representatives from non-profit community organizations. Students please include (scanned or photocopied) copy of your student ID along with the registration form.

 Payment can be made through credit cards, checks or bank transfer.

 The registration fees and deadlines are:

plus food, without conference participation.  

Important Notes:

* We need to receive your registration by June 1st, 2007, in order to include your abstract in the Abstract Book.

* If you would like to use the double occupancy option and do not have a partner, let us know and we will try to pair people up.  The double occupancy fee is applicable only if you are sharing the room with a conference participant.

* One additional night of accommodation both before and after the conference are available - check that option on the registration form if you need them.

* All participants are encouraged to stay on campus throughout the duration of the conference in order to promote interaction. 

* A limited number of commuter fees are available for people who live in the area. In these cases or in situations of financial difficulties please contact the organizers for further information.

* If you will not be able to arrive in time to attend the the Welcoming Reception on July 18th, please contact the organizers to adjust the fee.
