Children play with garbage in Phnom Penh’s Stung Meanchey slums, where some 2000 people live on the garbage dump and make their living selling recyclable refuse. According to the UN Millennium Development Goals Report 2007, one billion people, or roughly one out of three urban dwellers, live in slum conditions.
